VIP Account Manager - Remote

Overview

As a VIP Account Manager at RISK, you will engage with VIP clients through various communication channels, focusing on enhancing customer experience and managing account activities.

In Short

• Communicate closely with VIP clients via multiple channels.
• Analyze customer complaints and suggestions.
• Create activation plans for individual customers.
• Perform daily analysis of client activity.
• Manage significant deposits and withdrawals for VIP clients.
• Work on increasing deposits and turnovers.
• Handle unsuccessful deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor group and individual performance indicators.

Requirements

• Ability to work night shifts.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and at least Intermediate English.
• Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in successful client cooperation.
• Strong sociability, independence, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
