In Short

  • Remote Swedish & English speaking Customer Support Agents needed.
  • Work night shifts from 23 PM to 09 AM.
  • 3 days work followed by 3 days off.
  • Provide support via email and live chats.
  • Process client needs with attention to detail.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes.
  • Proficiency in Swedish & English required.
  • Proactive with good support/sales skills.
  • Career growth opportunities available.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Swedish & English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a support agent is a plus.
