• Providing support in Flemish/Dutch by email and live chats.
• Processing with great attention to details and content.
• Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions.
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Working closely with our team to improve and establish necessary processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Flemish/Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
