This is a role for someone who thrives in early-stage SaaS, speaks the language of commercial and marketing leaders, and knows how to build trust across cultures. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, challenge assumptions, or navigate a long B2B sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying high-potential CPG/FMCG brands to pitching and closing new enterprise deals.
  • Lead outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and personal networks.
  • Sell Wecheer’s value proposition with confidence and clarity.
  • Tailor commercial pitches to senior decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Actively track deals in HubSpot and drive urgency to close.
  • Work closely with Client Success for post-signature handoff.
  • Support the expansion of regional accounts.
  • Feed market trends and client feedback into Product and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Min 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven ability to close complex B2B deals in the $100k+ range.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and educating buyers.
  • Fluent (native) Arabic and Fluent English.
  • Strong communication skills across geographies.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly proactive and passionate about innovation.
