• Collaborate with partners to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to partners on best practices and regulatory changes.
• Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
