In Short

• Drive design and implementation of operational metrics, dashboards, and standardized cross-organizational reporting systems.
• Lead demand forecasting, workforce and budget planning, and plan-to-actuals spend monitoring processes.
• Establish foundational architecture and automated systems for vendor data analysts.
• Oversee standardized business review frameworks and hold vendors accountable to SLAs, KPIs.
• Develop project roadmaps, managing timelines, impact, and documentation.
• Align with senior stakeholders on quarterly objectives and report on program metrics.

Requirements

• BA / BS in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in data intelligence, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience with large, complex projects.
• Highly analytical mindset with experience creating metrics.
• Experience writing concise documentation and delivering presentations.
• Expert proficiency with Python and SQL.
