Senior Data Analyst – Operations & Analytics - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst – Operations & Analytics, you’ll be the strategic analytical partner to our Internal Operations leadership. You’ll take on some of Veriff’s most mission-critical challenges — supporting operational excellence, scaling verification processes, and uncovering insights that shape how we grow.

This is a strategic high-impact role. You’ll help elevate how data is used in our Ops organization — not just to describe what’s happening, but to shape what should happen next.

• Empowering Internal Operations with dashboards and decision-ready insights
• Define and monitor KPIs across verification workflows
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Designing proactive analyses for SLA adherence
• Building self-serve analytics capabilities
• Onboarding and coaching stakeholders in data fluency
• Representing the analytical voice in operations initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics
• Highly skilled in SQL and working knowledge of Python
• Ability to turn analytical complexity into clarity
• Align data initiatives with stakeholder needs
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Thrive in fast-paced environments
• Empathy and user-focused mindset in collaboration
