Overview

The Senior Data Operations Analyst at Veeam will lead the establishment of core standard reports and metrics globally, guiding business improvement through data analysis and visualization.

• Lead the establishment of core standard reports and metrics for global business use.
• Create dashboards to support decision making.
• Perform high-level ad-hoc analyses to guide business improvements.
• Supply materials for QBRs, Summits, and All Hands meetings.
• Maintain projects related to standardization of reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Quality and Data Warehouse teams.
• Develop processes to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals.
• Present findings to stakeholders, including executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data operations or analysis.
• Team lead or management experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Data wrangling and ETL experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical writing experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
