Team Lead, Global Construction & Facilities Procurement - Remote

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Construction & Facilities Category Managers.
• Architect and execute multi-year category strategies for Construction and Facilities Management.
• Lead the procurement strategy for critical long-lead infrastructure.
• Oversee end-to-end complex RFx processes for high-value capital projects.
• Act as the primary procurement business partner to the Global Places & Services leadership team.
• Negotiate and draft robust Master Construction Agreements and equipment purchase agreements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic procurement experience, with at least 7+ years in Construction or Facilities categories.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of procurement professionals.
• Deep expertise in construction contracting models.
• Experience managing procurement for critical infrastructure equipment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• High negotiation acumen with a track record of delivering significant savings.
