An exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Real Estate – Facilities Management & Construction to lead a team responsible for property management across 20 states.

In Short

• Lead a team of 8-10 Facilities Managers.
• Manage capital project planning and execution.
• Establish facilities management processes and standards.
• Oversee building operating standards and systems repairs.
• Manage vendor programs and contracts.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Review KPI/trend reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and external clients.
• Drive continuous improvement in facilities operations.
• Utilize technical knowledge of building systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in facilities and construction management.
• 5+ years of experience in the telecom industry preferred.
• FM or PM certification preferred.
• Experience in team management, especially remote teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in vendor and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to think strategically and critically.
