The Construction Manager will support project management in renovation and modernization projects across nationwide branches and central buildings, focusing on compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.

Requirements

• Completed training with relevant professional experience, technician/master in civil engineering or a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in construction management, ideally focusing on building renovation and modernization
• Knowledge in public administration and collaboration with public authorities
• Knowledge of construction and contract law
• Familiarity with CAD Nemetschek is desirable
• Organizational skills, solution-oriented work style, and confident demeanor
• Willingness to take responsibility and drive projects forward
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight away from home
