Project Planner (m/f/d) Construction Management - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Planner (m/f/d) to join a successful company in the construction industry. You will work in a collaborative environment and have the opportunity to develop your skills while managing project schedules and ensuring smooth project execution.

In Short

• Continuous management and updating of planning and realization schedules.
• Strategic and content coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Continuous development of scheduling processes in close collaboration with team members.
• Development of efficient planning processes and internal user training.
• Quality assurance and organization of audits for scheduling.
• Creation of decision templates for the client based on scheduling data.
• Preparation of status reports on construction progress for monthly meetings.
• Preparation for partial and final acceptance regarding schedule deviations.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing studies in engineering or administration.
• Experience in project management of large construction sites, especially in scheduling and interface management.
• Responsibility for server-based planning software (MS-Project Enterprises) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Skills in construction scheduling and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and relevant technical regulations.
• Very good German language skills for clear communication.
