In Short

• Organize and schedule construction workers, engineers, and maintenance teams for multiple sites across the UK.
• Maintain up-to-date records, invoices, and job cards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily accessible.
• Serve as the go-to person for clients, handling bookings and resolving queries with professionalism.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure all budgets are adhered to.
• Manage construction workers and contractors, ensuring they are meeting expectations and timelines.
• Prepare regular updates on project progress, costs, and workforce allocation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing construction or renovation projects.
• Strong personality with the ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate diverse teams.
• Exceptional organization skills with experience in maintaining records, invoices, and schedules.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Comfortable using project management tools, spreadsheets, and invoicing software.
