• You will be responsible for monitoring construction sites for wind and solar parks.
• You represent the clients on-site and commission and manage external service providers.
• You always keep the regulatory requirements in mind during your work.
• You calculate new and renovation projects and process existing and pipeline plans.
• You create specifications and construction descriptions.
• You are available as a contact person for all construction-related topics.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position with a completed degree in construction.
• Knowledge in civil engineering and/or network planning as a construction manager.
• Experience in project management and knowledge of public and private construction law.
• Good knowledge in reinforced concrete construction, road construction, and special deep construction.
• You are familiar with the use of AVA software and CAD programs.
• Ideally, experience with procurement law and the KHVB-Bau program.
• Experience with environmental and climate protection requirements is a plus.
• Your confident and communicative demeanor makes you a strong negotiation partner.
• You work reliably both independently and in a team.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel for work.
