Sales Manager in Agriculture - Northeast Germany - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join an international company that distributes feed and raw materials worldwide. You will be responsible for expanding our business in Northeast Germany, focusing on dairy farms.

In Short

• Acquire new dairy farm customers and expand the network.
• Independently research new customers and plan appointments.
• Conduct sales conversations, write offers, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and visit farmers on-site.

Requirements

• Sales experience in the feed industry for agriculture.
• Ideally, a degree or training in agriculture, animal husbandry, or nutrition sciences.
• Experience in personnel management is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel in the sales area.
