Overview

Join our team as an Application Consultant for a leading food wholesaler based in Werne (NRW), responsible for implementing an innovative digital catering solution for care facilities.

In Short

• Responsible for the operational implementation of the catering concept at customer sites.
• Conduct onboarding, coaching, and training of processes.
• Lead feedback discussions with kitchen staff.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to customers on-site, via phone, or video call.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the customer.

Requirements

• Experience in system gastronomy, community catering, or catering.
• Experience in application consulting and/or field service is a plus.
• Passion for customer service, consulting, and support.
• Quick learner and open to new input.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• High travel readiness within Germany.
• Willingness to come to Werne for meetings and a 4-week onboarding.
