Construction Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

The Construction Manager will coordinate and oversee construction and interior projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

In Short

• Coordinate construction sites on-site for general contractor projects (interior construction).
• Organize and monitor all construction activities (all construction activities / subcontractors, etc.).
• Take partial responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality criteria in collaboration with the project manager.
• Create construction logs and document the construction process.
• Ensure safety at work and compliance with environmental standards.

Requirements

• Craftsmanship training.
• Solid professional experience as a construction manager.
• Basic knowledge in common construction trades: electrical, fire protection, drywall, painting, flooring, TGA.
• Driver's license class B.
• Very high willingness to travel (nationwide in Germany).
• Good communication skills.
