In Short

• Oversee and manage all field activities related to construction on federal sites.
• Coordinate closely with local points of contact, project manager, and subcontractors.
• Maintain health and safety requirements and quality control of the site.
• Document all project activities to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of planned field activities.
• Communicate and meet with client project delivery team.
• Review construction specifications and drawings.
• Assist in preparing a Subcontractor's bidder list.
• Perform daily reporting of labor, equipment, and material utilization.
• Assist the management team in reviewing and approving subcontractor invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent with 8-12 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Experience with general construction including Site/Civil work, Architectural, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Controls, and Security.
• Experience with USACE and EM-385-1-1.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Secret Security clearance is a plus.
• 40-Hr HAZWOPER and OSHA 30 Hr construction safety certification preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid training certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
