Senior Construction Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Construction Manager will deliver end-to-end project services for a new project in Braine-l’Alleud, ensuring construction delivery meets time, cost, and quality standards.

In Short

• Manage construction and fit-out works on site.
• Drive project close out and snagging processes.
• Lead construction meetings and ensure project execution plans are met.
• Maintain daily site presence during construction activities.
• Provide leadership and management for project schedules and budgets.
• Act as the client representative for contract matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with HSE metrics.
• Conduct safety meetings and training for operational staff.
• Feedback safety learnings to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in project and construction management.
• Experience in pharma or chemical sector projects.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work on-site up to 5 days a week.
• Strong HSSE leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT, particularly Excel and Word.
• Valid driving license and VCA certification.
