• Coordinate and lead site walkthroughs.
• Manage project documentation and process flow.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Minimum 5 years managing subcontractors.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractor trades.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Strong focus on client experience and project excellence.
• Passionate about workplace design efficiency.
• Proactive and highly organized.
