In Short

• Responsible for the operation of the real estate management tool Waveware and for prioritizing the product backlog and defining further development.
• Ensure communication with stakeholders in departments and requirement engineering in the context of further development.
• Implementation of internal projects related to the application, e.g., in the areas of energy management or new campus.
• Development and transmission of requirements (User Stories) to system developers.
• Participation in the areas of room management and scheduling (Rooms and Untis) and coordination of planning management, especially in connection with the campus app.

Requirements

• University degree or comparable training, e.g., in business informatics or facility management.
• Experience in the application and operation of business applications; knowledge in CAFM and CAD is an advantage.
• Practical experience in agile requirement and project management.
• Strong communication skills with pronounced conceptual thinking, quick comprehension, and high independence.
• Fluent German in spoken and written; knowledge of English and French is an advantage.
