Application Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a team member for Team Collaboration to manage the implementation and adaptation of software products, ensuring efficient access to processes and information for all BVG employees.

In Short

• Responsible for implementing and adapting software products.
• Develop recommendations for application enhancements.
• Plan and execute projects for product development.
• Provide 2nd level support for users.
• Develop solutions for software products and manage their implementation.
• Manage support and development with manufacturers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with system architectures (Client/Server, Databases, Cloud).
• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English.
• Experience in public companies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
