Overview

The Cash Applications Manager will oversee and manage the daily cash applications processes, ensuring accurate application of payments and effective customer support.

In Short

  • Manage daily cash applications processes.
  • Oversee two teams: bank reporting and customer support.
  • Ensure alignment of bank statements and Zuora.
  • Reduce unapplied cash and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Use metrics to track team performance and case backlogs.
  • Drive adherence to service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Support year-end audit requests.
  • Develop process improvement projects.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in cash applications or equivalent role.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zuora is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and billing concepts.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Extremely organized with strong data entry skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • High degree of professional integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
