Accountant in Real Estate Management - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Accountant in Real Estate Management who will elevate property management with expertise and commitment.

In Short

• Creation and verification of operating cost statements, including management of heating costs and user data with measurement services.
• Independent property accounting including payment transactions, verification, and posting of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Processing of operating cost objections and complaints from tenants and owners.
• Collaboration with property management on invoice audits and financial reports.
• Close coordination with the financial management.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further training as a financial accountant or a degree in finance/accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting or operating cost accounting.
• Knowledge of HGB and VAT law in the real estate sector.
• Fluent German in spoken and written.
• Fluent English skills.
