Lead Data Analyst, Operations, Quality - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Data Analyst for Operations Analytics with a dedicated focus on Quality, you will play a critical role in supporting our Quality organization and ensuring compliance within Board of Pharmacy and FDA-regulated pharmacy operations.

In Short

• Serve as the dedicated analytics partner for the Quality team, ensuring alignment with FDA and pharmacy compliance requirements.
• Own the accuracy, completeness, and compliance readiness of operational quality data.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Quality performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Perform in-depth analysis of quality events and operational data.
• Conduct statistical analysis to support root cause investigations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Contribute to automation of reporting and monitoring.
• Act as a liaison between the Quality organization and other operational functions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with Quality functions in a pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
