Program Manager – Oil & Gas Remediation - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager will oversee and grow mid-sized Oil & Gas programs, focusing on remediation, compliance, permitting, and environmental construction management, while ensuring client excellence and profitable growth.

• Lead mid-sized Oil & Gas programs valued between $1M–$10M.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams for remediation and construction support.
• Interface directly with clients for reporting and issue resolution.
• Partner with teams to capture new work with Oil & Gas clients.
• Expand existing contracts through task order growth.
• Mentor junior PMs to strengthen delivery capability.
• Lead program reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas regulatory frameworks required.
• PMP, P.E., or P.G. preferred qualifications.
• Must pass background and driving records check.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in environmental consulting or Oil & Gas program management.
• 12+ years of experience preferred with a strong program management track record.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• US citizenship or Permanent residency required.
