Overview

Wayfair is seeking a results-driven and innovative Senior Manager to lead and execute customer acquisition strategies for our Wayfair Rewards Loyalty Program.

• Design and execute the member growth strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a quantitative and analytical role.
• Dynamic self-starter with high operational acumen.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently own and execute solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Bachelors Degree with strong academic record preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and Test and Learn practices.
