Overview

As an Account Manager at CastleGate Forwarding, you will manage a large portfolio of Wayfair suppliers, fostering relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving profitability.

In Short

  • Cultivate relationships with executives and stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed shipping and profitability targets.
  • Monitor account health and ensure CGF remains the primary freight forwarder.
  • Lead strategic business reviews with top accounts.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities.
  • Participate in onboarding new accounts.
  • Drive product adoption with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce.
  • Analyze data and trends for long-term improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Record of driving successful results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation.
