In Short

• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 solutions
• Develop device refresh programmes and virtual desktop migrations
• Support bid responses, presentations, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams to build multi-discipline solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in the UK IT Managed Services market and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, and a solid grasp of Microsoft Azure services.
• A track record of translating complex customer requirements into winning solution designs.
• Strong bid and proposal experience, with success in securing mid-market and enterprise contracts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to communicate with confidence at all levels, including CxO.
• A collaborative approach, working seamlessly with sales, technical, and leadership teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to create and manage complex pricing models.
• Experience in public sector procurement and familiarity with IT bid governance processes.
• Relevant technical certifications and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
