  • Deep understanding of the ITIL framework is essential.

Requirements

  • A broad technical background in Infrastructure and Managed Services.
  • Experience with enterprise solutions for Government clients.
  • Ability to prepare bid reports, RFP, RFI, and tender documents.
  • Knowledge of Architectural frameworks and relevant certifications.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and manage projects.
