Overview

As a pre-sales Solution Architect for Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for facilitating long-term relationships with prospects to drive our market-leading position in the owned marketing space.

In Short

  • Work directly with prospective and existing customers to build technical champions.
  • Facilitate technical discovery around current customer architectures.
  • Host technical workshops with developers and business teams.
  • Architect and execute Proof of Value plans.
  • Become an expert in the Klaviyo experience and integrations.
  • Support product field alignment by being the voice of customer needs.
  • Educate sales team members and prospects/customers.
  • Drive technical success and prototype new solutions.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Opportunity to influence direct strategic sales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture for a software product.
  • 3+ years working with web development languages (Javascript, Node.js, React).
  • Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation tools and customer data platforms.
  • Proven ability to learn new domains quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
