Overview

As a Senior Solution Architect at Klaviyo, you will facilitate long-term relationships with prospects, enabling them to understand how Klaviyo can be integrated into their tech stacks.

• Drive pre-sales technical campaigns for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand client architectures and challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture.
• Experience with web development languages: Javascript, Node.js, React.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and programming languages like Python.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and eCommerce systems.
• Proven ability to adapt to the evolving technical landscape.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly.
• Experience in data engineering and analytics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build technical champions among clients.
