Senior Account Solution Architect - Enterprise - Remote

Overview

The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Solutions Architect to join us in Georgia or North Carolina. In this role, you will create possibilities, solve problems, and establish working relationships with our customers.

In Short

• Support the Sales team with recommendations for complex offerings and solutions.
• Meet revenue goals and sustain good relationships with prospects and customers.
• Build, design, and present complex solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for customers.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and implement customer installation plans.
• Deliver whitepapers and conference speeches.
• 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, preferably Red Hat.
• Ability to present and discuss with C-level executives.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales engineer, consultant, or solutions architect.
• Knowledge of open source IaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
