Trust & Safety Associate - Remote

Overview

The Trust & Safety Associate at WEBTOON Entertainment will assist with creator and user operations efforts, including content moderation, appeals, and policy enforcement. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese.

• Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential violations of policies.
• Conduct objective, fair, and thorough investigations into reported content.
• Provide support in resolving issues reported by moderation teams.
• Respond to user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to track and resolve bugs and technical issues.
• Work with stakeholders to refine policies to improve user experience.
• Stay updated on current events and assist with policy research.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in related fields.
• 1-2 years experience in trust and safety or community management.
• Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese.
• Strong proficiency with technology, including Zendesk and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze complex cases.
• Interest in content policy and internet governance.
• Experience working in a multicultural company.
