Overview

The Channel Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for promoting and selling network security products within a geographic territory, supporting assigned partners, and achieving territory quota attainment.

In Short

  • Work within the sales team to promote network security products.
  • Support assigned WatchGuard partners in the territory.
  • Responsible for quoting, training, lead generation, and follow-up.
  • Join sales and field marketing teams for territory success.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners for satisfaction and success.
  • Generate new business through the partner network.
  • Create and perform sales presentations.
  • Provide ongoing relationship management and training.
  • Be knowledgeable of all WatchGuard products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with two-tier/channel sales ecosystem required.
  • Experience in network/cyber security space preferred.
  • History of sales excellence with national partner accounts.
  • Strong presentation and written skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely.
  • Must be located in assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • 8 years experience in direct and indirect sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing.
