Country Manager - DACH - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious Country Manager in Germany to execute the strategy and acceleration of Wasabi's business in the region.

In Short

• Responsible for hiring and managing the in-country sales team.
• Drive adoption of Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage.
• Execute Wasabi’s go-to-market model.
• Lead efforts to evangelize Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage to enterprise and OEM customers.
• Onboard and activate new channel partners.
• Work with partners to integrate Wasabi into their sales and marketing models.
• Help partners fulfill end-user Wasabi business.
• Report to the Vice President & General Manager of Wasabi EMEA.
• Collaborate with the award-winning Wasabi Partner Network Program.
• Principals only. No recruiters.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong understanding of cloud storage solutions.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Experience in channel partnerships and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
• Experience in the EMEA market.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
