Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee the South-West region, focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management in the technical product sector, specifically in interior sun protection.

In Short

  • Manage sales in the South-West region (Baden-Württemberg, Saarland & parts of Rhineland-Palatinate).
  • Responsible for customer acquisition and long-term relationship building.
  • Handle commercial and technical customer inquiries.
  • Present products and conduct customer training.
  • Participate in sales events such as trade fairs and open house events.
  • Work from home and travel within the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales support team in Poland.
  • Drive success and growth in the region.

Requirements

  • Completed technical and/or commercial training or studies, possibly supplemented by relevant sales training.
  • Preferably several years of experience in selling technical products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Ideally, knowledge of products and markets in the interior sun protection, construction, or window industry.
  • Enjoy being on the road and flexible working close to customers.
  • Skilled in initial contact and uncovering potential.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and intercultural environment.
  • Reside in the service area.
