Overview

Weights & Biases is seeking a Director of Business Development to support our growing Partner Ecosystem in EMEA, focusing on building and leading partnerships with top-tier Cloud, ISV, and Channel/SI partners.

In Short

  • Build and lead key partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem.
  • Define strategy and co-innovation with partners.
  • Participate in the sales cycle for larger opportunities.
  • Educate partner teams on joint value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on innovative programs.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnership roles in Data & AI ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Ecosystem.
  • Experience with NVIDIA, Microsoft Azure, AWS, & Google Cloud.
  • Experience in building channel partnerships in EMEA.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
