Overview

As the Director, you will be responsible for driving new business development initiatives for RVO Health, as well as nurturing and growing existing partnerships. We’re looking for someone to join our Business Development team with a well-rounded skillset who can help grow our business in key areas of opportunity, which are multi-faceted. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting team player with a positive attitude and a track record of success prospecting and closing partnerships.

In Short

  • Develop new strategic partnerships to support RVO Health’s growth targets
  • Uncover and analyze potential opportunities and initiatives to drive revenue through prospecting
  • Manage the deal cycle from engagement to negotiation and contract execution to partnership implementation
  • Work closely with other key stakeholders and leadership to define and shape business development strategy and achieve business goals
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development or similar role with a history of producing results
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter with high level of attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of ad technology and the media industry
  • Ability to conduct analysis, interpret data, and create financial models
  • Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and genuine interest in cultivating a culture that seeks excellence
  • Ability to assimilate research and thrive in a data-driven environment
  • Ability to context shift and multitask in a fast-paced media environment
