Overview

As a Director of Business Development, this position will drive accelerated growth of the Omada within Alliance Partners and lead the business development representatives to drive business development specific to Alliance partners.

  • 12+ years of experience in healthcare.

  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to close sales and manage client relationships.
  • Experience with large employers and health systems.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare ecosystem and compliance.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Dynamic thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Team player focused on achieving objectives.
