Geometric Solutions is actively seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! The role focuses on expanding our presence in the software sales sector, particularly in the automotive and aerospace industries.

In Short

  • Report to the Managing Director of Geometric Solutions.
  • Build and grow a client base within the software sales group.
  • Develop new markets for software sales.
  • Expand sales of the Siemens suite of products.
  • Prepare and present responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Implement strategic plans for the market segment.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships.
  • Attend monthly sales review meetings.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Background in software sales, preferably with the Siemens suite.
  • Superior sales ability and management skills.
  • Strong financial and business planning skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in software sales.
  • Understanding of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
