Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of Geometric Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Siemens engineering and manufacturing software among our clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Assist in the onboarding process of new customers.
  • Provide training sessions and educational resources to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer accounts.
  • Engage with potential customers who have shown interest through marketing channels.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences.
  • Assist in managing customer renewals and monitoring usage metrics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Generate regular reports to track key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
