Overview

As a Senior Solution Advisor at WalkMe, you will bridge the gap between sales and delivery, translating customer needs into effective solutions while guiding the technology evaluation process.

In Short

  • Support Account Executives in customer evaluation processes.

  • Develop strong technical relationships with customer teams.

  • Manage technical POCs both onsite and offsite.
  • Collaborate on custom product demonstrations.
  • Aggregate customer feedback for product management.
  • Speak at field events for diverse audiences.
  • Promote product knowledge through blogs and webinars.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information.
  • Experience with SAP products and CRM systems like SFDC.
  • Experience in building and presenting demo environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.
  • Strong team player mindset and positive attitude.
