Overview

Vultr is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to lead the review of all key customer pricing proposals and material customer contracts, as well as the structuring, review, and approval of strategic, complex, and non-standard commercial agreements. This role is pivotal in enabling our sales organization to close business efficiently while ensuring profitability, compliance, and operational scalability.

In Short

  • Develop pricing scenarios and financial models.
  • Review order forms and agreements for compliance.
  • Serve as central contact during quote to contract process.
  • Develop deal desk playbooks and guidelines.
  • Train teams on quoting tools and pricing best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in deal desk or sales operations.
  • Expert-level Salesforce CRM & CPQ skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
  • Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
