In Short

• Join the Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office at Vonage.
• Review third party engagement submissions for compliance with CFIUS requirements.
• Support the CFIUS Vendor Compliance Director in identifying gaps in submissions.
• Track and monitor third party engagements throughout the submission process.
• Evaluate purchase orders for appropriate CFIUS-related values.
• Identify discrepancies and provide corrections in third party relationships.
• Assist in improving the third party engagement process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management or procurement sourcing.
• Proficient in data analytic tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Familiarity with Jira, Oracle, OneTrust, Salesforce.
• Experience with OSINT research tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
