Overview

Airtm is seeking a detail-oriented KYB & KYV Expert to enhance risk and compliance operations in a fintech environment, focusing on onboarding businesses and ensuring compliance standards.

In Short

• Lead KYB onboarding and vendor due diligence.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk cases.
• Manage risk escalations and data-backed decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Support.
• Ensure compliance with FinCEN, BSA/AML, OFAC standards.
• Train and mentor team members on compliance priorities.
• Monitor transactions for fraud and suspicious activity.
• Utilize compliance tools for efficient operations.
• Adapt to fast-paced startup environments.
• Contribute to financial inclusion through compliance innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5+ years in AML, KYB, KYC, or compliance.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, BSA, OFAC sanctions.
• Experience with KYB, EDD, and vendor risk assessments.
• Familiarity with KYC tools like LexisNexis and Persona.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or Spanish is a plus.
• Self-starter with multitasking abilities.
• Experience with compliance audits and regulatory reporting is a plus.
