Carrier Relations Manager (Germany & Nordics) - Remote

Overview

This leadership role sits within the Vonage Carrier Management Team and is responsible for the strategic direction and co-ordination driving new API connectivity globally.

In Short

• Create, own, and lead the plan for coverage in Germany & Nordics.
• Contracting with CSPs/MNOs for SMS, RCS, Voice and Numbers connectivity.
• Identify and drive systems and processes for scaling new connectivity.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CSP leaders and key vendor partners.
• Support service Go-to-Market activities.
• Work with Sales, Product, Legal, Operations, Engineering teams.
• Present Vonage at industry events and engagements.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in Carrier Relations for SMS, RCS, Voice and Number services.
• Highly evolved strategic mindset.
• Experience leading complex commercial projects.
• Knowledge of the cloud communications industry.
• Deep knowledge of the API marketplace.
• Experience with the world’s largest digital brands.
• Extensive experience with Carriers in the region.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
