The Directing Registered Nurse (DRN) manages care for pediatric, palliative, and acute medically complex clients, providing direction to Personal Support Workers (PSWs) in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• CNA Certificate in Palliative Care or relevant training required.
• Extensive experience in Pediatric Care.
• Recent experience with COPD and CHF patients.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Experience in a community-based healthcare system is an asset.
• Proficient in digital health and EMR systems.
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
• Must have high-speed internet access.
• Valid CPR C / First Aid certification required.
