Overview

The Client Service Associate (CSA) facilitates the intake of new clients and assigns them to service providers, ensuring service levels are achieved and client expectations are met.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and Office administration certificate or equivalent experience.
  • University/college education preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a scheduling environment preferred.
  • Experience in a health care environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Quick and accurate keyboarding skills.
