Overview

VOLENTUM is a nationwide personnel consulting firm in Germany, specializing in the placement of specialists and executives, as well as filling C-level positions. We are looking for a motivated new colleague to join our team and grow with us.

In Short

• Acquisition of new clients and intensive care of existing clients.
• Consulting companies on defining their personnel requirements and developing appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Active search and identification of candidates for vacancies through various recruitment channels such as social media, job portals, and networking.
• Conducting interviews and selection processes.
• Supporting candidates and clients throughout the entire application process.

Requirements

• Completed degree and experience in personnel search and selection, e.g., from a consulting agency or an in-house position in a company.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical approach to understand company requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Good self-organization, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
